1. Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-business days will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping timeframe
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- West Malaysia: 3 to 5 business days
- East Malaysia: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, location accessibility, weather conditions, public holidays, or other external factors.
3. Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details, where available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, KIREI LAB may offer shipping promotions or free shipping campaigns at our discretion.
5. Incorrect shipping details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
KIREI LAB is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
6. Failed delivery or returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect address
- failed delivery attempts
- refusal to accept delivery
- uncollected parcel
the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery.
7. Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, KIREI LAB is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the parcel and item(s) received
- a brief description of the issue

9. International shipping
At this time, international shipping may not be available unless otherwise stated on our website.
If international shipping is offered in the future, shipping times, charges, and customs-related responsibilities will vary by destination.
